Haven't seen either play that much, but Winslow was a 41 % 3 point shooter. Much better offensive player than MKG.

I think it depends on what the team picking 4th thinks of Mudiay. The 4 teams that could end up 4th right now all could use a PG, so position wise he is a fit. If he goes higher, then whoever of the other 3 would end up going 4th. Frankly, these 4 teams entire roster has holes, so they could really go any direction.
