Depends on who is available at 12 and 16 for me. I'd rather get a pick in the 16-19 range and a first rounder that has some potential upside such as the 2016 Milwaukee first rounder unprotected, one of the BKN picks that Boston owns, or the 2016 Wiz pick unprotected.

Hayward will probably be a coaches pick for the allstar game this year. Hell!! With gobert we could have two in the allstar game this coming year with Gobert joining. And Exum and Hood in the future stars game. There are only 3-4 guys in the entire league that put up the numbers Hayward puts up. The only reason u trade a player like Hayward is if u don't think u can resign him like with D-Will. If Hayward makes a similar improvement like he made last year he will be a star. His next progression is to be more aggressive in demanding the ball because he does tend to disappear for long stretches of a game. If the jazz were to trade Hayward for Russ wouldn't that signal the start of yet another rebuild, which means Exum is gone. Hell, let's get rid of everyone and start a full on rebuild. No one is denying tat Russ is good but damn?! So is Hayward.

Seems legit. The Knicks would be looking to move down a few spots and pick him and another asset up though, 4 is too high.
 
It's a good thing I'm not a scout, I fall in love with a lot of players. Just saw the Booker's workout video. His shot is pretty sweet and he looked a lot more athletic than I thought he was. He could duplicate Hood in our system, but you can never have enough good shooters.

My new draft plan is to not watch one more video... Soon as jazz draft I watch strengths video and workout video and convince myself we got the best player in the draft. I was impressed with bookers video as well.

I agree. I view hayward in the steve nash vein. Will continue to improve into his late twenties. Dude is cerebral.
