I liked Aaron Gordon and would have loved him for the Jazz (although his shot was concerning), but Exum is better I'm so excited for Dante's development. If you're looking for Stanley Johnson to be Draymond Green, I think you'll be disappointed. I just don't think he's going to be able to defend 4's - much less 5's. But when I watch him play, I see a lot of Jimmy Butler's game in his style of basketball. I'd use him as a monster 2 and let him physically dominate smaller 2's. I try to project how he'd look if he stayed all 4 years like Butler did, and I like him even more. His shooting isn't awesome, but it won't need as much work as Aaron Gordon's will.Honestly. Haven't been able to get excited about Johnson. Think he's a poor mans Aaron Gordon.
Plus he's a good kid, from a good family. He's hard working and driven. I can see him fitting into the Jazz culture perfectly. I'm all for finding offensive players if they're not going to be a liability, but I'd rather have well rounded 2 way players when they can find them.
