One other player to keep an eye on is Jarrell Martin. I think he'd do quite well in league but it all depends on who drafts him though.
Another Angle to consider is "Fit".
Do you guys really think Oubre would want to stay in Salt Lake and be happy here long term? I'm not sure, I don't know him personally. But Kaminsky sure won't be happy here. He didn't even want to workout here let alone play here - and he's well WITHIN OUR DRAFT RANGE!!!! C'mon now.
I think that leaves us with Turner to consider. He would be a great fit here with his #humble attitude. A great fit for this great city of ours and a great representative for our people who value humility above all else as well. Just seems to fit our culture to the T as well. (T for Turner).

Indiana, New York, Miami I think.
