list for the Jazz (not BPA) (assuming that the top 3 of Okafor, Mudiay, and Towns are not available):
Russell -- potential to push the Jazz into a high level NBA offense for a long time (though I have some defensive concerns)
Johnson -- would fit great as a SF, be an all-around asset
Looney -- I'm perhaps reaching a bit, but I think he can be an NBA SF -- would make our frontcourt (with Favors and Gobert the assumed long-terms starters) incredibly long difficult to rebound against -- would take time for offense to develop, however
Porzingis -- but only if the Jazz think there's a chance he could become a PF/SF hybrid -- I don't think it's out of the question, but I think the odds are under 50% -- basically same reasons as for Looney, but without the rebounding -- perhaps comes with better shot than Looney
Herzonja -- great offensive tools -- no idea if he'll be able to put it all together in the service of winning basketball
Others:
Oubre -- will need to see more (and more consistent output)
Booker -- could work himself into the conversation, though probably after the Jazz's pick
Winslow -- midrange game too much of a liability right now -- seems a bit shorter than advertised
Turner -- doesn't seem to fit a Jazz need, unless we want him to be a backup -- worried about his hips
WCS -- rendundant for Jazz, though should be a great role player
