Following potential 2015 draftees

Someone needs to tell me what Looney really does better than Lyles, tbh.

I don't have a horse in this race, but by the numbers (DX /per 40 pace adjusted):
rebounding
scoring
Asst/TO ratio
3pt %
steals
blocks

The difference in team quality probably causes the scoring difference, but I suspect rebounding, 3pt %, steals, blocks, Asst/TO ratio are probably not due to team differences.

I also suspect scouts are higher on Looney's physical profile than Lyles's, though I'm just speculating here.

He won't be skinny in 3 years. And it would be retarded to try and make him a SF, you'd be taking away the one thing he's elite at, rebounding.

Didn't really damage Kahwi Leonard to have him play SF full time, even though rebounding was his best attribute coming out.

Update.

Potential targets that are playing today.

Okafor - 20pts, 10rbs, 2stls, 1blk
Towns
Johnson - 16pts, 2rbs, 3asts, 2stls, 1blk
WCS
Oubre - 1pt, 3rbs
Looney
Winslow - 19pts, 11rbs, 4asts, 2blks
Turner - 7pts, 1rb, 2blks
Kaminsky - 8pts, 5rbs, 4asts
Booker
harrell
Alexander - 8pts, 4rbs
etc

DraftExpress has moved Hezonja up to #6..

Yeah, I think most of us saw that coming. Utah really needs to finish bottom 6, but bottom 8 might still work. If they drop to 10 or worse, I'm going to be bummed. Utah needs to catch a break or two in order to take the next step, otherwise we could be looking at another season similar to this one next year.

Jordan Mickey with another monster game.

24 points
12 rebounds
2 blocks
10/13 from FT line

Do you think he will stay in college? LSU might have a great team next year with Simmons, Blakeney and Mickey?

If his stock reaches 1st round he probably goes, but if not he stays. Haven't seen him climb any mock drafts yet. Dude is a monster though. I think he has a chance to be a good NBA player if his game keeps developing.

Have you seen any of their games? I haven't... They have another potential NBA draftee in Jarell Martin(currently #47 on the DraftExpress mock for 2015) in the front court. He averages 16/9 too... Is he any good? Oh, and BTW, he seems to be a pretty good facilitator at the PF position and averages 2 assists per game..
