The thing that is working best for him is his age. He just reminds me a lot of Kanter. At least he has better feet so he won't get exposed as easily, but he is an equally lazy defender from a mental standpoint.
 
There is obviously a correlation between height and standing reach, causation even, but it's a general correlation and not an exact (mathematically specific and predictable) correlation.
