He is a project and is probably a year or 2 away but he has some nice tools

He's a better pick-and-roll player than Thompson on both sides of the ball. He should sell himself as Derrick Favors, imo.

Hartenstein actually has elite physical tools, and he's still very young. He can't possibly end up worse than Kelly Olynyk can he? I go back and forth on it.

Hartenstein actually has elite physical tools, and he's still very young. He can't possibly end up worse than Kelly Olynyk can he? I go back and forth on it.

Elite physical tools? He has a 7'2 wingspan for a center w/ a 9'1 standing reach. That's extremely average. He isn't a PF and anyone who has subscribed to that from the early hype for him around here is sorely mistaken.

Is Lauri Markannen really that much better than Tyler Lydon?

Not a huge fan of either, but just wondering. They are only 13 months apart in age, so not a huge difference. Aren't their weaknesses basically identical? It's not like Markannen is a long 6'11. His wingspan can't be much more than 7'1 at the most.

I have Ojeleye #9 on my big board. And Bell #11. I'm either crazy or a visionary I guess. But I can't help it. They just check the boxes. If I'm wrong I'm wrong.

What are elite about his physical tools? Do you think a 7'2 wingspan and 9'1 reach are elite for a center?
