That is ludicrous to believe. Just watch his defensive tape, he get's blown past by 30+ year old European 4's who look like the guys you play at the local YMCA.

Elite physical tools? He has a 7'2 wingspan for a center w/ a 9'1 standing reach. That's extremely average. He isn't a PF and anyone who has subscribed to that from the early hype for him around here is sorely mistaken.

He's more athletic and explosive than a lot of 7-footers and he's only 18. I'm not entirely sold on him, but I do think he can be an Olynyk-type back-up 5. I don't think he puts the ball on the deck well enough to be a 4 right now.

I think he has the ability to move vertically enough to defend 4s. He has decent foot work and gets his butt down.
