What's new

Following potential 2017 draftees...

Markennan is oozing talent. stong, athletic, shoots the 3 like crazy and has a post game. top 10 pick. more athletically gifted version of Ellenson and a better shooter. needs to be aggressive and play like the star he can become.

Monk is special. Shooting stroke is beautiful.

Fox's shot isn't that pretty right now, but as he gains experience, i think it will be adequate. he's good enough in other parts of the game and his elite athleticism will get him by in the meantime.

I kinda feel bad for Bam as he likely will never get enough opportunities to score while he's in college. He'll get screwed by the refs on both ends. College guards simply aren't disciplined or patient enough to feed him consistently. But his skill set, combined with size, athleticism and strength is enough to contend for #1 overall and he'll probably be a better NBA player than college. He's definitely no Skal.

Miles Bridges will be very interesting. If he can continue to improve the jumper, sky is the limit. glad Izzo is coaching him.

Frank Jackson is just what i thought he'd be. impressed with the defense. 17 ppg on 53% FGs, 54% 3pt early on and K trusts him. K could have easily pulled Frank with 4 fouls in a close game at about the 4 minute mark, he didn't and all FJ did was score 7 of the last 9 Duke points including the game tying 3. Big time talent and i think may have the right demeanor to be a star.

What did you make of Luke Kennard's play? He's easily one of my favorite players on that team.

Bam will be fine. Just has to get calibrated with how the refs are calling the game, which is something many upperclassman are struggling with too.

That wa by-far the worst game I've ever seen Miles Bridges play. Lots of upside tho, there's certainly parallels between he and #3 pick Jaylen Brown.

Also just wanna add that I really doubt that Amiele Jefferson is as productive as 4-star freshman Javin DeLaurier, he;s obiously more experienced/consistent/reliable but I'm rather certain DeLaurier would've led the team in rebounding in just 20 minutes vs Kansas.

Frank Jackson looks great so far.. If he keeps playing like this he's gonna secure a spot in the first rd, maybe top-25, with room to climb.

Love Kennard as a shooter/scorer in college. Just love his game and watching him play. More natural, effortless offensive game than Grayson Allen. No reason he can't be a Korver type, but has to improve defensively.

I have the feeling we'll be going after a big man come draft time, but adding another shooter like Monk is enticing.

Hood and Monk could terrorize fools for years to come.

I actually don't think the FO is gonna be crazy about Monk...

But I'm with you on the big. I'd say the safest bet right now is a big with the Jazz pick and a guard or wing with the Warriors.

Wake Forest's John Collins has started out the season by breaking his career-high in points in 3 consecutive games.

24 on 9/10 shooting today and he started off slow. The matchup vs Villanova tomorrow will be interesting.

Just moved Collins into the 2nd rd of my mock last update.

Tacko Fall looks great and very draftable.. There's really a nice crop of giants eligible for this draft. He's on pace to easily surpass his career high 23pts.. 18 at the start of the 2nd half..

Freshman PG DeJon Jerreau hit a layup and a 3 in the last 50 seconds to win the game by 3 for UMass vs Temple.

If he keeps putting up stats like this he'll fly up draft boards!

Thru 3 games 15ppg, 5.0rebs, 6.7ast, on 6/15 from 3.

Here's a mix of him from a year and a half ago. He's 6'5"
