The ramifications of this draft will truly be awesome. It'll produce seismic shifts in power eventually - there's some future HOF's to be had..
This is the draft scouting depts should go to their bosses and ask for increased budgets on the basis that 'this is THE year'..
There's such an abundance of talent the depth is such that a $100,000,000 player is sure to fall
far...
Hopefully the Jazz have positioned themselves to try and draft that player a few times over
Obviously the pool will weaken after declarations/the pull-out deadline; the strength of this draft could intimidate many into trying to get/play better next year and go for higher position. It'll still end up loaded into the 40's any way ya slice it though.
Everyone knows about the PG's, and they will remain the strongest position in this class. Early in the season im seeing the PF, PF/C and PF/SF(to a lesser extent) positions have really strengthened well beyond what was anticipated.
There's still late-bloomers sure to pop up.. (I actually think the frequency of late-bloomers would increase under conditions like what were seeing this season).
I just caught a game of Elie Okobo, French PG prospect born in 97. I really like his chances at being a damn good pro somewhere. His build is like Gilbert Arenas. I'd consider taking a flier in the 50's.
There's another interesting 98-born 6'3" French guard prospect, more of a SG but has combo skills. Possibly 6'4". d'Adam Mokoka, he projects as a strong/athletic/long defensive minded guard who can get out in transition and hit the occasional open J and open teammate..

I read earlier that Mokoka played well vs Mushidi and Ntilikina earlier this year. Still trying to find boxscores or an article on it. I know Mokoka played well vs the US team at the Albert Schweitzer tournament dropping 14 in a W.
Miami's Fr. Bruce Brown is probably superior to these French players if you're looking for 6'3" guard. Different skillsets tho.
