Following Potential 2020 draftees

I don't see him mentioned yet, but Wendell Moore visiting UK this weekend.

Are they still in contact with him? I know he's lost 5-star status with many of the services. He's no D.J. Jeffries for sure.

Crickets. Don't think so.

Figured that, Christian Brown seems like a similar type of player but with a much better frame.. I assume Moore's shot is still kinda broken, He'll be a good college player tho. I'd imagine UNC is gonna make a grand pitch for him. There's a good number of wings that I prefer at this point - Mercedus Leech, Brown, Jeffries, Watford, Lawson, Barrett, Lewis.

These future classes all look very good or at-least top-heavy, right? Thats what I see.

This kid will end up built like presumed 2017 lottery pick OG Anunoby.

Marcedus Leech is a gem in this class from MO. He's been compared to Harden. Check this video tho and tell me there isn't some Rodney Hood to his movements..

Kenyon Martin has a son named KJ in this grade, check out this Kenyon style dunk that was making its way around yesterday..

KJ didn't play ball as a Fr. but is making a good bit of noise as a So., he's apparently 6'7" and still growing.

I don't see it. OG's legs are massive, like tree trunks. This kid's look normal, maybe a little thick.

The player with the build most like his is the same age as Watford but in the 2019 thread - Sekou Doumbouya.

Watford has been well over 6'5" for years I first saw him play a game last summer and he's a beast for that agegroup. I'd be shocked if he's done growing, and he's got a 7'2" wingspan already which is longer than his older brother Christian who grew to 6'9" (Hit a crazy gamewinner for IU vs the Anthony Davis Championship UK squad).

6'4" Canadian Phenom PG Cashius "Cash Money" McNeily is in the HS class of 2020 but looks talented enough to realistically think he's got a chance at being a 1st rd pick in this draft coming out of HS... as an International player like Thon Maker...

Thanks to the college and professional success of those that call the country of Canada their home, greater eyes have been placed onto who might be next from north of the border. During his time at the John Wall Holiday Invitational, Cashius McNeilly, a 6-foot-4 guard out of the freshmen class, looks ready and primed to be that guy in the years ahead.

Sporting unreal length but a still developing and young body type, the upside and potential out of the Thornlea Secondary School product is staggering. Strength gain and becoming more accustomed to his size and body is in need but the ball skills, talent base, and unbelievable feel and pace out of the impressive prospect is already at hand.

During his first game in Raleigh over the weekend, the freshman was more about setting others up and getting his teammates involved. Despite his lacking box score numbers and his team going down in defeat, McNeilly’s ability to see the play a second in advance and to make the appropriate decisiion with the basketball stood out the greatest.

Thursday evening, McNeilly was more aggressive as he hunted his shot a bit more and because of it, displayed a fluid and smooth perimeter jumper along with craftiness at the basket. His team went down in defeat again, though this time the loss margin was much closer.

Upon finishing with game high honors of 21 points, McNeilly spoke on the college recruitment process that has already begun for him. “It has been a big difference for me. It all has come at me at one time,” the Thornlea star stated.

Already boasting offers from New Mexico State, Binghamton, and St. Bonaventure’s, McNeilly recently made a visit to Maryland as the Terps boast a former travel program teammate of his. “It is a great school,” the class of 2020 guard noted. “They treat their players right. Justin (Jackson) was telling me how great it was and that it was such a good fit.”

Heading to Virginia Tech on Saturday, a place where his uncle is on staff, McNeilly spoke further on his early thoughts of Buzz Williams’ program. “I have seen Buzz pretty much my whole life event dating back to Marquette,” the Canada Elite recruit said. “I understand their coaching ways and that they’re a hard working team. It would be great if they offered me. I like that school a lot.”

Thanks to McNeilly’s massive basketball ceiling, understanding and mature mindset, and size and length for his spot on the floor, the recruitment process of the intriguing yet talented freshman seems to just be beginning and could turn into a high-level one upon the proper progressions.

Here's some of the latest video's from 7'3" Chol Marial. He's still top10 rated by most all the services (ESPN doesn't seem to like him tho)
