Following Potential 2025 Draftees

Flipped between their 3 games this morning, my thoughts:

Flagg - Please lotto gods please

Demin - HOU ball pressure bothered him a ton....still was able to show his incredible passing, but ability to handle the ball/score is severely lacking.

VJ - Great moments on defense and some good passing, showed off ridiculous athleticism, doesn't have much skill/impact on offense. Quiet overall.

Egor has an awesome size/passing combo…everything else is questionable.

He actually works as a decent help defender too.

He's more athletic, but yeah.

The draft is so ehhh after the top 6-8 that I dont see him dropping past 10.

He actually works as a decent help defender too.

Yes, he’s generally fairly active and I think he plays hard. I noticed that when matched up with bigger guys he had a lot of effective boxouts that didn’t leave him with a chance at rebounds but set up his teammates. His IQ/motor are both good in my opinion. Handle+Shooting+Touch are a big question mark though.

He looked like he could be a PG who handles the ball a ton against the crappy schools, but that has not held up at all against better competition. The main thing I see with him right now is the defense can easily overwhelm him and being the primary ball handler is too much for him.

Johnson looks like a bigger, safer, better prospect than Brad Beal did as a freshman, imo.
