Following Potential 2025 Draftees

You have to take FLagg. He is a known commodity. I have no idea how Boozer, Dybansta, or Peterson are going to perform. There were questions about how Flagg was going to handle it. He struggled with his shooting at the beginning of the year but is coming on so strong.

I mean those 3 look amazing but who really knows? Case in point Emoni Bates was pegged as the best prospect since Labron and look what happened to him.

Actually here is a shot list of players that flamed out in college but where big-time recruits

Josh Shelby

BJ Mullens

Austin Rivers

Skal Labissiere

Ater majok

Fab Melo

Harry Giles

Tony Parker

Harrison Twins

Anyway, the list goes on and on when you look at the top 10 highschool students that didn't make it in college. With the influx on European players looking for NIL money the game is going to get harder and harder.

I get your point but this list doesn't make sense.

I don't think anyone you listed was a #1 ranked recruit and none of them had that much NBA buzz, at least in terms of being thought of as surefire top 3.

Wiggins/Parker are better examples.

The Queen love has gone crazy. The guy schooled Rutgers when Bailey had the flu but like I said then I don't know how he's going to translate to the NBA. I've seen him go as high as 5th which is crazy.

Earlier in the season I had Flagg at 1 and Bailey at 2 however during the 2nd half of the season Bailey didn't play as well I would have liked and Harper looked better; plus we need a SG and so Harper makes way more sense. If we don't get Flagg Harper is a very nice 2nd prize.

I wouldn't be shocked if we traded the Wolves pick or used it to stash Essengue or Traore.

Also, Cy’s question is interesting but the logical choice is Flagg and whoever next year.

I think a harder question would be you get Harper this year and a top-3 pick next year or Flagg and like the 6th pick next year.
I'd take Flagg and no pick at all next year... over Harper and top 3 pick next year. And I realize that in 99% of cases this would be a bad deal to take. I just think Flagg is in the other 1%...
