Following Potential 2025 Draftees

BBIQ definitely is....I'm just a little dubious on the AST/TOV -> IQ translation. Think AST *1.5 / TOV would give a better reflection of IQ, but if AST/TOV translates well I can't quibble too much.
Yah, like with everything, it's not a perfect one to one translation and you have to actually watch them play to see if there is any other reason for that stat(for example, some high volume scorers have super low TOs because when in doubt they just shoot...(i.e. eliminate the chance for TO) and only pass when the pass is obvious/easy... which results in much higher ast/to ratio than you would assume... but yah... I feel like it's an OK stat to look at as an indicator for what to watch for in their film.

I also think that high IQ is becoming more and more important each year. Really have to be a smart player on both ends and play 5v5 on both ends.

I think one of the best ways to see IQ is on the defensive end. It's one reason I really look for defense as an indicator for draft picks.

They don't need to be identical. We haven't seen Tre as an isolation scorer in the NBA, so yeah, maybe it's a fantasy. I just remember what SGA looked like at UK.
Kon is actually SGA under this premise.

I am fine with guys having high ceilings but its a really random comp. The Venn diagram is like nothing. Things are random happen I guess.

Here is the complete list of players per Tankathon that are projected 35% 3pt shooters or better, get 2+ stocks per game, and are younger than 22 at the draft:

- Flagg
- Harper
- Edgecombe
- Fears
- Bryant
- Fleming
- Coward

No wonder I've come to be disinterested in this draft.
