Tre - Cam Thomas
Kon - Thicc Jerome
Fears - Tre Mann
VJ - Gary Harris

Not sure why some get the false ceiling and others don't.

how many white wings, 6'4 to 6'7 in shoes who are drafted primarily as shooters, and aren't functional athletes have become all-stars in the last 25 years?

first off the top of my head is Kyle Korver who made one all-star team during a season he averaged 12 ppg. he was a role player on a great (regular season) team who made an all-star team.

reality is, those guys become specialists, not stars.

black guys are better athletes. welcome to real life.

the fact is, it's not hard to find black guys with those same qualifiers i mentioned (except the athleticism because they often have it) who have been stars. ftr, the only reason that was a qualifier is for guys like Grayson Allen, who is a great athlete on paper, but in games it's not really part of his game.

Its not my comp. I used it cuz it was thrown my way. Husky Horny or some version of Bane/Booker/Klay on the high end outcomes is where I'd guess.

There are no perfect comps but if you want slightly lesser versions of the players you think guys are (especially if we are doing the false ceiling thing) you will find guys drafted in the late/mid first that work.

Kon is a really interesting offensive weapon in that he's thicc enough to actually set good screens one day to generate switches and this would be super helpful for his team because his speed on his spotup jumper is so fast that then the defender would be basically unable to provide help. Very much a player who at his best could basically take the best perimeter defender of the opposing team out of the way.

Outside of his spotup shooting and screening, I'm more skeptical.

I'm aware but there are also white guys who are good athletes and black guys who are bad athletes. Shocker I know. Just hilarious that it was literally the first qualifier... let me go see if I can run the BART on that filter lol.
