I don't remember where Harper was in mocks prior to the season so anything can happen but if we pick top-3 in 2026 I think we'll be in a great position.

Stokes is in the 2027 draft.

I'm the number one Fland fan in this board, but even I recognize that him being a top 10 pick next year is a long shot.

The consensus at the moment appears to be that the top 5 are Peterson, Dybantsa, Boozer, Mikel Brown and Nate Ament. Then there's really solid talent in Cenac, Lopez, Yessoufou and maybe Quaintance.

Maybe he has grown recently, but he was 6'2 w/o shoes in 2024. I dont see teams really believing he's in that conversation with Boozer/Peterson/AJ

Like if he’s a real rare breed PG a la CP3/Nash/whatever in terms of impact, that is a great pick at 5, I don’t care what era or draft you’re talking about.

I know nothing about Ament or Brown. I like the top-3 on my list though and would really like to land Peterson as he has a lot of hype - not that others don't but I have a good feeling about Peterson).
 
I'm still baffled on the trade that the Hawks pulled off. Real chance that they traded Queen for Newell+top 4 2026 pick. The Pelicans have the 6th lowest over under in the league.

Despite the weirdness and shadow FO they've got going on the Hawks have made great moves and have improved their position immensely in the last couple of off seasons. They did get the #1 pick and Risacher, but they've mostly improved their position because of their work on the margins.
 
I am a big fan of dash Daniel's but if that is all the jazz get in 2026. I wouldn't be excited.

Koa Peet really impressed me at the U19 tournament.

I will be curious to see what Alijah Arenas does especially after almost dying in a car accident.

I am a big Sergio de Larrea fan

Dame sarr has the talent to be another Euro to climb the draft board.

Unless you have faith in WCJ or Collier being legit the Jazz will need a star primary ball handler, Peterson fits that mold.

The Pelicans are gambling on Zion actually being healthy but Joe Dumar is an absolute moron.
 
Just get the best players. In no world should we pass on Dybantsa or Boozer if they're the superior prospect because they're duplicative with Ace, don't offer a lot of playmaking, etc.

That said I'm high on DP. I think there's a really good chance he goes #2 next season. Just don't see anyone eclipsing AJ at #1.
