I actually kind of agree but that’s cuz I’m on conspiracy theory island and think that baby Ainge is kissing the ring by coming out and saying “we’re not going to tank so obnoxiously” and in return Adam silver will make up for last year with better ping pong balls that float slightly better.

Yes. the lotto gods bless those that do things right and never lose on purpose like San Antonio and Dallas lol.

We just got to do a few small things and we can lose enough to feel like we maxed out our odds without neutering the development of the actually good young players. Do small things now or big things later (with a smaller impact) or play it straight and look stupid in 6 months unless you are super lucky.

Svi is third on the team in minutes. Lauri is top 11 in MPG. Love has played more than Taylor or Cody. Only one contusion game missed.

We can do better. There are at least three games that could have flipped if we were doing some small things to put our finger on the scale. We'd be in prime position.

Simply ramping down Lauri's minutes a touch or sitting him on the backend of B2Bs, eliminating Love minutes for Cody/Taylor, reducing Svi's minutes by 40% for Cody/Taylor/Brice... we'd be 5-18 and sitting in third.
