Following Potential 2026 Draftees

I'd be pretty surprised if he declared this year, but OKC does have the Houston pick so they could promise him in the late first and maybe that would convince him.

I expect Cason Wallace to be a trendy player people will comparisons to. Gonna be a lot of teams trying to copycat OKC with their domination, as they should.

Caleb Wilson when he doesn't get the ball on offense looks like my kids when I tell them they can't eat ice-cream for dinner. It's kind of hilarious.

Nepo's best moves were undoing some of DA's moves. I think the Sexton and Collins trades were good pieces of business. He didn't "win the deal", but we're in a better position because of it. I don't DA would have made the same moves because DA's ego is too large.

DA's ego definitely snake bit us in the past....hopefully Nepo doesn't have an ego attached to his own moves or statements.

AJ plays at 8pm utah time tonight. Probably wont play much though as the game will be over by halftime.

This will be the first time BYU has played a home game in about 32 days. They have played 11 games so far. Only 2 games were played in provo utah. 9 Have been played away from provo though there were a few in the Delta Center in SLC.

Pryce Sandfort is an NBA player.
What makes him better than Peyton? I thought that dude was a NBA player too until he absolutely **** the bed in the draft scrimmages. Dude has been awful in the G-League as well. Just glancing at raw stats and Pryce is having the exact same junior season Payton had.

Pretty sure Peyton had several major injuries that effected him. But beyond that, I believe in the profile. You gotta learn from your misses, but even if Peyton was 100% healthy and failed I'm still going to believe in the next guy with this combo of size, shooting, passing, rebounding etc.

That would make sense. Peyton measured as one of the worst athletes ever and he didnt look that unathletic to me when I watched him his junior year when I was hyped on him.

But overall I'm just less high on the guys who are just shooters now. Feel like, like you said, the Cason Wallace types are more en vogue. The need for elite C&S players who are really only good at shooting just arent as valuable now that the average player can shoot it pretty competently.

The reason why I liked them is because I think they’re really good ball moves in addition to being great shooters. I’d agree that being a standstill shooter isn’t super valuable, but the ability to make reads quickly, pass, put the ball on the floor a little bit is super valuable. They also play tough/physical. It doesn’t mask their defensive issues, but it’s still something I like to see.

What I see is shooting, IQ, size, toughness.
