Brooklyn is clearing cap space by dumping Crabbe + their #17 FRP to Atlanta. Brooklyn is confident they're getting Kyrie.

Yea they are building through the draft. A smart move when you are not a major market. The Hawks have an exciting young team. IF they add a defensive center and get some bench players they are going to be competitive in a couple of years.

I would. 23 is a hit or miss pick anyways so you've got to go with a guy who could be top 3 if he were healthy and weighed more and hope he's healthy and puts on weight.

I'm not sure the Nets can sign Kyrie + D'Angelo + Tobias. They can only clear two max slots. Either Tobias or Russell would likely be let go and could be gettable. Of course, that guy could also go to Indiana or Dallas.

I would be utterly shocked if Russell's first choice after being dropped from Brooklyn would be Utah.

I think it's Harris or bust for Utah. I just don't think a guy as young as Russell is picking Utah.
