From someone I transferred tickets to:

Flash Seats says they have no idea why the tickets were taken from the account.

They have a technician looking into the issue but don't know when they will get back to them or have a resolution.

I get not doing the promotion, but to just take the tickets out without notification is pretty odd.

I saw it. He only has 3,000 followers and I doubt very many people tweet at him. I bet he will see it, whether or not he addresses it is a different story.

I mean we kind of knew that it was a wacky loophole, but I just figured they were trying to fill the arena

We in no way stole tickets though. Because there was a loophole that allowed us to get multiple tickets isn't our fault at all.

I totally agree with that. We didn't steal. But they really messed up giving all those tickets away I guess.
