The depleted Stars with a solid road win vs the Kings JVs. Harkless with 34 points, Mo Bamba with 25 points 16 boards 2 blocks, and Tonje with 16 points. Three guys with solid games were Max Abmas, Matthew Murell and Sean East II. Oscar was with the varsity tonight.

The Stars are tied at the moment with the Spurs GLeague team for the second best record in the GLeague just behind the Raptors GLeague team who is unbeaten. The Spurs have Micah Potter on their roster and the Raptors have a couple of guys, A J Lawson and David Roddy that have 290 NBA Games under their belt between them. Roddy was drafted with the pick after Kessler. If our young draft picks flame out there are guys playing in the GLeague that are of decent quality.

Oscar and Mo are 1 and 2 in rebounds per game in the GLeague. The Stars leading scorer is Harkless and his 18.7 ppg puts him in 87th place in the league.

According to my unexpert eye test they are. When these guys get added there probably is an unfamilarity factor that gunks things up but GLeague lifers look better than these two at the moment.

Kobe Bufkin is back in the GLeague after his 10 day contract with Memphis expired. He had 42 points last night.

There are two Stars games before the next Jazz game. Assuming they're not going to miss an NBA practice this makes a lot of sense.

Former Jazz and Stars greats Davy Jones and Micah Potter led the Spurs JVs to a three point win in Mexico. Jones had 33 points and Potter with a double double.
