One of the glaring difference between the Jazz and the Mavs is the Mav's have a lot more players who can create shots when the offense breaks down. When the Jazz offense breaks down it gets ugly.

Mavs screens are much tighter. Every screen is resulting in an open look. Jazz are either setting them loosely or players are going too wide around them.
