Also I like how ESPN has a front page story on how the Clips ar egetting wins but who they need to really contend. Jazz are roaring into a #2 spot after manhandling the Clips and we only get a small side story.

Burks is so unusual to watch. He does things only star players can do, but you can't help but worry that he's not going to get it. He runs breaks badly, he plays aggressively to a fault, he takes dumb shots. On the flips side, he makes plays, gets to the line, and he's productive. I'm really not sure how you reign in a guy like Burks.

I think the answer is let him play some backup point guard. He doesn't handle the ball enough so when he gets it feels obligated to make something happen. If he had the ball more, like in Colorado, we might unleash a beast.

Get a title? Try getting to the playoffs and winning ONE series, which is all that Chris Paul ever did with the Hornets.

And all this talk about Dwight Howard wanting to go to the Clippers...sounds nice, until you realize that Orlando wasn't planning to give Dwight away for a trade exception. They are going to want something substantial in return.
Clippers already traded away a lot of good assets just to get Chris Paul. What do they have left that Orlando would take? Orlando is going to want Blake Griffin.
Sounds unreasonable? Really? Put youself in Orlando's shoes. If you are going to trade Dwight Howard, you will want something comparable in return, not just a bunch of scrubs and draft picks.
Or do the clippers have Elgin Baylor working for Orlando's front office?
