What excites me is that Hood is doing mor to this point of his career then anyone else on the Jazz to that point in their careers. Not even PG was this good starting in his second season. It will be fun to watch Hood grow from this to next year. Not sure u trade Hood straight up for PG?

He's probably going to be our 1st or 2end option on offense when it's all said and done by the time the season is over. It's not ridiculous to think he could be an allstar next year.

Yeah, Hood is looking like a first option offensive threat. You don't trade that for a non top 5 pg, especially with Exum in the wings.

I also assume he's going to have the ball in his hands more and more as the season progresses. Think he could also be better then Clay Thompson after next year

It is fun to see the opposing announcers watch him go all old school sg skills then realize, that dude is 6'8". They read it like it is a typo.

Hood was seriously blowing my mind during the Indy game. He was fantastic in the first half. And his misses were even good (mostly) in the second half because he recognized that someone was there to clean up if he put a shot up. Such calm, collected, veteran presence with him at this young age. Total steal. I can't believe we got him and Rudy in the twenties. Makes missing on Kanter and Burke way easier to deal with.

I think getting Schroder would be a good option too. It really sucks that Exum got injured...

So if the Jazz could keep Hayward, Favors, Gobert, Exum and then add PG and George Hill and giving up Hood is not worth it?

I must be living in bizarro world. If I could get Paul George and I could keep Hayward, Favors, Gobert and Exum then I'd do it in a heartbeat even if it meant giving up Hood and some firsts.

Kind of hard to do when people don't respect you as an offensive threat when you dribble towards the basket.
