GAME THREAD - Lazy Sunday Version: Jazz at Hawks 11/15/2015 6pm EST

The road trip has been tough. But it's time for the team to rally, get our best team on the floor and show why we're playoff bound. The Hawks are another top tier team in the East and this road win will send a message - those close games with top notch teams is just a precursor to our onward and upward trend. Plus Snyder wants to show his old boss who's boss.

Just a reminder, some people wanted to trade Favors for Millsap in the offseason.

Hawks started the season on fire, but have lost 2 out of the last three. If Gobert is playing, then we have a good chance, since they don't have anyone to guard our bigs. They're 9th in 3pt attempt rate and 12th in 3pt%, so not as devastating from behind the arc as they were last year (but still good). That's promising since the Jazz are 22nd in opponent 3pt%.

If Gobert is playing, I'm putting $50 on the Jazz.

That seems crazy now.

As another reminder, some people wanted to dump Al Jefferson and keep Milsap to play with Favors. Dennis Lindsey thought it was a better plan to let Milsap walk for nothing in order to develop Kanter into trade bait for Tibor Pleiss.
