Imagine him surrounded by another shooter....

Beal

Yep. We gotta go after Beal. To me it's a no brainer. We could sweeten the original deal by taking back Dwight Howard's $5 million deal and buy him out (owed $5 million next year).

Favors, Thabo, Neto, Grayson, Bradley, 2019 1st, 2021 1st
for
Beal and Dwight

If you are Washington, what a great way to start a rebuild. You get off of $30+ million of salaries, add two super cheap rookie contract guys in Bradley and Grayson, and get two first rounders. And they could still flip Favors to a contender who needs a quality big.

24 ppg (shooting 47% from the field), 5 rebounds per game, 5 assists per game, plays 36.7 minutes per game.
And I think that his numbers should actually go up since he is only shooting 34% from three and he is such a pure shooter I gotta figure that number will go up since every other year of his career was around 40 percent.
25 years old (right at the beginning of his prime) and contract ain't bad (25 million, 27, 28) in comparison to guys like Hayward and love.

His contract is basically identical to Porter btw.

I know I know. Pipe dream. But with what's happening to the wizards right now we should be trying to outbid other teams for his services imo.

As far as that other idea I had heard about favors, X, and 2 firsts..... I know you want to keep X. Would they have any interest in Ingles or is he too old since they are rebuilding? (Plus his salary is kinda high and they would want to clear space)

I wouldn't want to send Ingles out under any circumstance. Losing Favors will scar some of the Jazz faithful enough.

I'm not sure that Washington would be enamored with Exum. If they aren't, getting Grayson, Bradley, Favors, 2 1st round picks AND shedding Dwight for next year could entice them. I just don't see them getting a better offer from Toronto, NOLA, Charlotte (without Bridges) or some of the other buyers out there.

Without doing any research I'd have to assume another team could offer the Wiz a better package than the Jazz could for Beal.
Could? No doubt. Would? That's a different question

I mean we could offer Donovan Mitchell and Rudy gobert but we wouldn't.

You might look at another teams roster and see all kinds of great stuff that team could offer. Doesn't mean that team wants to offer up their great stuff though.

Regardless we should be trying to outbid the other teams. Keep Rudy and DM. Offer up pretty much everything else.

Bucks

Bledsoe, filler and a 1st or two.

Brogdan, Beal, Middleton, Giannis, Whoever

The Bucks can't send a 1st rounder until 2021. Why would the Wiz take an expiring PG and 2 1st rounders (2021 and 2023) for Beal, when we could send them closer, better draft picks, Favors AND young player(s)
