What's new

Game Thread: Utah @ BYU, Sat. 9/21 8:15pm MT, ESPN2

They should take it down, and replace it with a USC flag on down years.

I am so ready for this "rivalry" to be over. I hope we never play BYU again. This is just toxic. We don't need this crap.

I'm not, tbh. Loving every second of it.

I'm hoping for even more drama before tomorrow

Depends. Going to a strip club almost certainly would be considered a violation. Going to a dance club wouldn't be. But going to a dance club and drinking would be. (All alcohol is against school rules.)

Good point. I assumed it was a dance club. Either way, Hadley should have known better and not put himself in that position in the first place when he knew the rules of the honor code. Nobody but him to blame.

I'm just wondering how someone was able to get a picture inside the Spearmint Rhino. Those places enforce the "no photos" policy almost to the extreme.

Or so my friend says.

You don't get to think you win because you "make all the right decisions on and off the field" then not pay for making the wrong ones (as they see it). Cougar fans upset about anything other than their own honor code or the player not abiding by it are weird.

Sometimes, the magic really happens when you're not living right off the field.

Sometimes, when you go to Spearmint Rhino on gay night, that's when the Magic Mike happens.

I'm going to propose a radical theory; please, just follow for my own entertainment:

Could it be possible for someone to 1) agree that Hadley should be suspended AND 2) be amused by how it came to light?

I understand this is a lot to ingest all at once.

I'm not upset actually. If you knowingly break the honor code and don't turn yourself in, you can't complain when you get busted.

These athletes, especially seniors should be used to snitches by now.

I still have Ute fans in my neighborhood following me around with camera phones waiting for me to screw up. It's just part of celebrity status.

It's getting out of hand though. Reports are coming out that some guy calling himself "Duckie" is streaking around the Ute campus in nothing but blue jeans and a BYU t-shirt. Too far is too far.

What the hell is one of the best BYU football players doing in a strip club in Vegas?

I know that Utah St and UVU girls are better, but there are plenty of hotties at BYU. If you wanna break the honor code just hook it up with an Arlington or Belmont girl. They're probably hotter and freakier than anything you'll find in a Vegas strip club.
