What's new

Gamethread: OKC Thunder @ Utah Jazz. 7PM MST.

And what's up with Ingles? He gives zero ****s.

We really don't give Joe enough love around here. He is a classic Spurs type player. Smart, makes teammates better, and probably a pain in the *** to play against.

His 3pt % is off the charts.

He WANTS TO BE HERE.

Newly signed.

He is someone all old man dad ballers out there should emulate, and look up to.

NAOS and a few others were spot ****ing on about Rubio.

He is a great fit as our playmaker. He brings an new exciting, dare I say fun energy to the offense.
The way he sets people up is so easy on the eyes.

The exciting part is he doesn't even know these guys that well yet, and the chemistry looks good out there. How will we be at the end of the year?

I love how much of a pest he is on defense. He bothers the other teams offense, and makes it harder for them to get comfortable. Then they have Rudy, Favors and Udoh inside waiting for them.
Haha, we are a nightmare for the league!

The most important asset maybe is his connection to our franchise, Mr. Rudy Gobert. They already seem to have something going better than him and Hill.

The Rubio hand off to Joe who passed to the cutting Gobert was a thing of beauty. It was as smooth as Joe Montana being on the same page as his receiver just as he turns his head.

Harp was funny when Joe hit the side of the backboard on one of his corner threes . "Joe would have made it too, if the backboard wasn't there".

Not happy Mitchell got thrust into the starting line up by chance twice already.

I want him to come in off the bench, and get comfortable. I agree with another poster who said he has one or two wow moments each game.
The thing that has impressed(maybe surprised) me most so far has actually been his passing. He has got a connection with Ingles and Rudy.

So exciting to watch this guy grow this year. I'm not worried about the shot at all.

IDK. It's one of those things. You only get your first start, once in your career.

I like that he started the first pro game he played in. I think it will help his confidence in the long run.

He won't be pissed off for the rest of his time as a Jazzman about it like DWill, that's for sure.

I think Mitchell is playing just fine. He's rushing his shot a lot but that's just him getting comfortable with the pace of the game at this level. He's been very confident and composed and played very well on defense and his passing ability is way above average. He's going to be better than a lot of posters here are thinking. His shot will come, the rest of his game is already translating and he doesn't look overwhelmed or intimidated.

Easy. He's more versatile, and definitely better on the perimeter, but let's not get crazy.

Ya that's why I said better defensive player. Not better rim protector.

Dmitch took on Paul George 1on1 and picked his pockets clean with some top notch defending, Y'all acting like had a train wreck game lol, he faded off to sleep last night with some good memories I betcha
