Just checked my Twitter. Most of the top posts are huge Trump supporters going ape **** crazy over Muslims and political correctness and bans. Wow!

Something dramatic like this could influence a country's political elections. Yikes

One thing I haven't seen mentioned as per being Muslim n what not--

A Muslim in Orlando at that hour would be on the verge of tucking themselves into sleep, after starting off the morning's fast. In fact, I found this on Twitter on the hour that I did cuz I had just began my fast & had skimmed thru Twitter before going to sleep. Ramadan is one of the main 5 pillars of Islam.

But I digress. This is clearly done with the motive to terrorize gay people. All must be done to make them feel as equals, and bring safety to the rest of America's population.

I get worried with every mass attack that something like this may happen on my side of the border.

I realize this is probably an inaccurate stereotype on my part, and perhaps not the least bit grounded in truth, but I wonder if gay people in general would be less likely to pack heat and that's why the shooter chose a gay club, rather than, say, a biker hang-out.

But what do I know?

All I know is that all the talk about "the only thing that stops a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun" didn't seem to help much here.

Naw I doubt his, his parents they noticed him freak out a couple of months ago when he saw two men kissing.

Ppl in clubs worldwide don't pack heat, because it's a dumb-as-hell thing to do.

Sigh. I'm sorry for the poor people there. I'm sad for the conditions that exist that make some people believe violence is okay. I'm scared that this is Another wedge to drive into the heart of the nation that is already splitting. I will be angry when the politicians and talking heads use this to further divide people on their pet peeve issues.

I think they chose the gay club because they wanted to kill gay people.

You have nothing to worry about. Too cold to leave the house up there.

Until religions and religious institutions rid themselves of such despicable views and the people who espouse them or we get rid ourselves from religious indoctrination, things like this will keep happening:

I feel gutted for the victims and their families. This is just so incredibly sad. :(

100 times this. The poor families. I hope we all hate a little less.

****s scary man, people willing to kill others just because they believe differently. RIP to those who passed.
