That really isn't fair to say. Jordan is the best rebounder in the NBA, hands down. You can't do that, no matter how big you are, and not have a good motor. He just doesn't have that natural basketball IQ like Rudy does.

BMI charts are B.S. They're not really used much anymore. For example, I'm 6'1." I was skinny as a rail in HS and weighed 155. Didn't have much muscle at all. I was clearly underweight. With even a minimal amount of muscle mass...I'm talking about just looking fit and healthy, I'd be at 200-205.Approx. 5'8" ... I think I was about 83kg from memory, according to the BMI chart I would have been overweight.

Agree. He can get pushed around a bit underneath, but he then has the wingspan to recover most of the time. For that reason, I don't want him to put on a ton of weight. Get stronger, maybe put on 10 lbs or so? But don't do anything to take away the quickness. I'm hoping the fact that he's relatively slender puts less stress on his feet and knees. So many great centers have been done in by foot problems.

Don't worry. Commitment is more dominant that the jinx. He needs to strengthen his lower body and back muscles so he won't have the usual bigman back spasms and similar common minor injuries long players have.
Deandre jordan will be a free agent. I hope he leaves LA and go to the east

And I'm 6'3 (with a 6'7 wingspan) and still not in the NBA.
