George Hill Blows

Who cares about the differences between coaches. Screw the comps with Rubio. Who cares about the way he played in our system. Who cares about the fact he fit our style and resurrected his career...

At the end of the day, he was offered MORE money at the all star break to stay... HE CHOOSE NOT to stay and instead go to Sactown to die. He can't be traded. Who would take on that contract?!?!?! Sactown is stuck with him and he is stuck there. He has the aspirations of a condom. He got used. Now what? To the NBA trash pile he goes. At the end of the day, he blows. I am glad we didn't resign him to a 3 year $20 contract that was rumored to have been offered. I am also glad he got what he wished for. I was a huge fan of the trade, but I don't support opting for less money in Sactown vs. staying on a winning team that made him look like an All Star in Utah. George Hill lost all of my respect.

Though I’m not disagreeing with everything you said, I don’t believe he chose less money in Sacramento over more money here. In essence, that’s how it ended up, but he and his agent saw the money the Dellavadovas and Mozgovs were getting and thought he had a max coming up so opted for free agency. Obviously, that didn’t happen. I’d imagine he would have taken the same offer here but it wasn’t offered. The only hesitation he’s have, is imagine, is the massive amount of pride that would have to be swallowed. But that’s easy when you can fire your agent, blame it on him, then PR based off how ****** your agent is.

I guarantee if George could go back he would've taken any deal we had on the table whether it was the rumored deal at the ASB or the rumored 4 yr / $80 mil we had on the table during the offseason, but in an NBA culture where mediocre guys are making $100+ and with him coming off a fantastic (albeit with injuries) season I thought it would be a safe bet he'd get an offer like that. We couldn't wait so we make a move, the market dries up for him, and he's stuck settling with a lesser deal with the Kings. Rolled the dice and lost.

Rather have Rubio at 2 years $28 million than Hill at 4 years $70.

Overall, I would rather have the 2 1st rounders we gave up for them.

Both PGs were brought in to appease Benedict.

That dude just ****** us so hard.

Comparing Hayward to Benedict Arnold is a bit hard on poor Benedict, a man who in the end stayed loyal to the true government and his King, in a war against a rabble of petty bourgeois muckrakers. He is in fact a hero of the British Empire and an example to young people everywhere on the role of a responsible citizen...

Pissoff you royalist ******!

Good show ol' chap. Still bitter about losing the war I see.

Now you do know what a FANNY PACK is in Great Britain, right ol' boy? Go get some use out of your NOB you TRUMP sniffer.

6 - 14... The Kings win some lucky games every year. I seem to recall last year they came to Utah and beat us. We had an all star then...

PS. George Hill blew all over this post before I hit 'post reply'. Yuck. Keep Blowing George. Just keep your aids breath off our board.

His stats are actually in line with what he did in Utah, from an efficiency standpoint. It's just the Kings are the Kings. I just dont see the need for being so bitter.

People like you are who give Utah a bad name.

knob starts with a k.

In truth i'm quite fond of our German Queen, she's a fairly benign head of state, I mean sure they're all inbred and backward, hell look at mad Charlie, climbing over Diana to get to Camilla, the blokes unhinged, he'll be into the livestock next. But unlike that moron that struts round the White House like a ridiculous orange peacock, HRH has almost no influence on my day to day life. The US being run by a bloke that couldn't run a bath, may have some effect on my life.

But back to George Hill what did he want 20 mil or something yeah? To quote a line from a famous film, tell him he's dreaming.
