my hope is that you've halted them altogether after realizing how ****ing bizarre you come across while typing them

You're lying again.

The most interesting element here is that you can't seem to forget those analyses. It's fair to allege that they struck a serious chord for you. It seems like they revealed something.

But, never mind. Please commence with your bet hedging. You've got an image to patch up.

d'aww I'm lying? About what, hun.

Tbh dont remember any of the content, I just remember laughing at sure of yourself you sounded (recurring NAOSpergers theme on teh JFC), and being mystified with why you were typing them up in the first place. You're weird, braugh

Another thread turned into nothing but a cry fest between NAOS and Dalamon.

Awesome...

Or it reflects fanbase/staff pressure to pursue one of the only good two-way guards without injury concerns on the market. Is Mike Conley a superstar? How many levels better is Mike Conley than George Hill realistically speaking? Compare their production so far this season

I don't think this is the first place where you've heard the Conely deal was ridiculous.

And he was 27 when he signed his deal - big difference.

Good point on the age difference. I guess it remains to be seen-- if the Knicks whiff on Jrue Holiday do you really think they wont throw at least 20 million a year at George?

I'd rather have to trade away a late first to get out of Hill's contract(if we have to)than take a huge step back. I don't think Hayward signs if we don't commit to Hill. I don't think this is a Hill or Hayward question.

I also think Hill's game will age well. He relies on length(that isn't going away), he's a good shooter, and he plays smart.

Nah man, he really throws his body around sometimes. I could see him have injury problems down the road-- but his strengths themselves will probably stay intact.

I can't see Hill staying with us while Dante is on a rookie deal unless Hill gives us a serious hometown discount. Add up the contracts yourself-- where are you going to make room for Favors and Hayward and a bench?

IIRC the luxury tax threshold wil be something like 120 million next year. Don't get too caught up on the cap. We can go over it we just can't sign FA's. Unless we have a legitimate shot at acquiring a better player in FA(doubtful) the FO should be willing to exceed the cap to retain our players.

I dunno. It'll be hard to compete with teams with zero logjams and deep pockets, to be quite honest. George is a vet too so the "max" for him will be higher than some of the others we've seen.

I obviously prefer more talent than less, but every championship team has depth.

Pretty sure teh Spurs are going to send a max at George Hill. Pretty sure Hill still lives there in the off-season too.
