To paraphrase Augie Farks, "I like the idea of Bogut on the Jazz more than I actually like Bogut on the Jazz". Such an under appreciated movie.
If we can get someone to take his contract, release him, and resign him for $5-8m/y, why the hell not. He's not a bad backup.
But I think we'll be able to pickup Nene, Jason Smith, or Luis Scola for cheaper with the added benefit of not helping GSW.

Against my better judgement, I'll go along with this.
What did I miss? Hoopshype reports as of today the Raptors are still considering renouncing the rights to Smith and Scola. Nene's an UFA. None of those guys would outplay our current bigs.

But then I checked ESPN(like a filthy heathen). I now see the verbal agreement with Dallas, which was only mentioned as a possibility in the articles popping on the other sites. I didn't see a verbal mentioned previously. Fantastic job.
I'm not sure I'd be proud of it, but it did provide information I did not have previously.

none of this makes me proud. I'm literally full of information you could seriously use but don't currently have, so what's one shared drop compared to an ocean? I am a little bit less embarrassed for you, though.
Our "spirited conversations" in the past prove this to the contrary; but any progress is good.
