Another incident on an airline. This occurred on an American Airlines flight. And was recorded. One does not see what actually precipitated the event. I don't know about others, but I had to turn the volume up to max in order to hear what was being said by the passenger who took offense to what he had witnessed, and chose to intervene and confront the airline employee...
