In almost every draft there is that player that makes a GM drafting in the 20 somethings look like a genius, and leaves the fans of 20 or so other teams asking why their GM was 'stupid'.

If I knew who it would be I'd be a GM, but I suspect that Rice Jr. Hardaway Jr. or Reggie Bullock are the most likely suspects for players that everyone second guesses on in 2-3 years after the draft.
 
Yea, I would be fine with Rice Jr. at 21. He intrigues me the most of all the players who are outside of the lottery. His rebounding numbers are huge for a guy his size. If the attitude has been adjusted and if he is still available at 21 I would select him.

Yeah.. I go back and forth. Bullock is better built to be a solid rotation player for years.. and therefore the safer pick.
Rice is the player, though, with the much higher star ceiling.

You probably had addressed this in another draft thread but oh well I'm asking anyway.

The only two wings I've been okay with (mainly due because I hope they draft PG's and/or a big) is Franklin or Snell and I've been reading on and coming around to Rice Jr. so I know your feelings about Rice Jr. but what do you think of Franklin or Snell. As you may have guessed the reason I like those two is being able to see them over the past few years playing the Utes and then occasionally watching MWC games when the Utes moved to the PAC12.
 
I would LOVE to get Rice Jr.

Sucks that his top 10 plays are 6 dunks, layup, 2 blocks and a pass....I don't get the total fascination with a dunk. I would guess 99% of the guys playing in the Dleague can dunk.. I do love the blocks and pass however..

It looks like he can shoot a little bit from the outside too.
