What's new

Go get Baynes

For who, though? If you're about to say Bjelica, you're speaking my language.
It was more a hypothetical of if DL wants to wheel-and-deal with Sacramento, he needs to show his GMing prowess by lighting up with Vlad. But I'm all for Bjelica. Huge upgrade to Niang.

Ed Davis and NWG for Bjelica. Then sign a center.

NWG, Mudiay, and NWG for Bjelica. That's three young prospects for one guy over 30. I'd imagine we could make Davis look a lot better when he's playing with Clarkson, Bjelica +/- one of Conley, Mitchell, and/or Bogdanovic.

Bjelica - a player the Jazz could've easily signed two years ago for pennies - is having a career year in Sacramento. That being said, their front office is a disaster and I don't know what they're doing.

And I would just play him as the backup 5 until or unless something obviously superior came along. In this hypothetical scenario, obviously.

I think he'd be awesome as a 4/5. The defense would suck while he's at the 5 but the offense would be so good I'm not sure it'd matter.

Wait we double trade NWG... genius!

I kid... Sacramento does weird things... they have like 5 centers and one franchise prospect that should be a center. Not enough minutes to keep everyone happy.

Noah Vonleh is another option I'd consider. He makes $2M so salary matching is easy. They might even do a straight swap of Bradley for Vonleh. It'd be nice to see if we could play Tony and see if he is useable or if we can inflate his trade value to the point we could do something like this.

Supposed to be Bradley but I’d also double trade NWG if that’s what it took.

Bjelica would cause a layup line as a backup C. I’m fine with him as a backup 4.
