One interesting nugget about that was that both Exum and Burke were saying that Snyder lets whoever of them got the rebound to move the ball up the floor. I'm going to assume that they'll try to have Burks and Hayward initiate that in the offense at times too. Hayward in particulars might thrive in such a role. Not necessarily as a true point forward, but capable of running things up the court in specific instances.
The beauty of that Hawks offense was all 5 of the players can shoot the 3 ball.
With Burke and Exum initiating the offense/bringing the ball up, I'd rather have 3 more shooters on the floor (Kanter, Hood, Novak, etc) - rather than Hayward who has proven time and again that he isn't a consistent spot up shooter.
