Gobert questionable tonight vs. the Pelicans with a sprained left ankle

I think Quin took exum out after that kamikaze play that he ended up taking a hard hit to the floor ..

It’s like dude , haven’t you learnt your lesson yet with that type of play ?

He pretty much just runs up the court and stands in the corner ... some stretches he is even lucky to touch the ball ..

Still plays good defence

Good is being generous, you see how Teague torched him ?

I'm completely calm bud. At some point you have to draw the line though. And for the first time, after 5 years, I've drawn mine. Sometimes a separation is best for everybody.
No, you're irrational. You're saying after his injury layoff, having only just returned to 5-on-5 training a week or so ago, having not played any pre-season games, and with the team rotations set 10 games in, you expected Exum come back in with no medical restrictions at all and play 15-20 minutes a game in place of someone else straight away? That's completely unrealistic.

And now substitute Donovan Mitchell with Dante, would Mitchell get 5 minutes?

The fact is, Dante could've played the 4 minutes that Niang was on the court, in the second half. It's completely rational to think that he can play a maximum of 10 minutes. Anybody with any sense wouldn't want him to play 20 minutes a game right now.

I think somebody said it best a little earlier. Quin got very scared with the fall he took in the first half.

Really dumb comparison. Seriously. Better comparison: if it was anyone else on the roster, would they get the same minutes as before, or fewer?

No he didn't, and whoever said that is stupid. Dante's never been injured in a fall, unless you count the time TJ Warren jumped on him and dislocated his shoulder.

Uh Tony Jones said Exum was excellent on Teague, that Teague torched everyone but Exum ? Call me crazy but I’m kind of inclined to go with a guy who is watching court side for a living than armchair haters

So proud of the effort of these guys against a hot team on the back end of a back to back. I think the play of Bradley and Green at the center position was really key. I doubt too many on this board would have predicted that kind of outcome from that position with both Gobert and Davis out. I liked reading this: Before the game, Green told the young center to play hard and not overthink it or replay mistakes.

Hold on a second. If it's a 'coming back from serious injury' issue like you said, and the player needs time, every player should be treated with the same duty of care. So because it's Donovan it's fine, we can let go of those medical worries and just play him, but because this is Dante, we better adhere to the medical situation?

Bud, the fact is, Exum could have played a maximum of 4 minutes in the second half. That is an incredibly rational response that I just gave you. I'm not being ludicrous and stating that he should play 20. Also, this would not be the first time that Quin was afraid of what he saw when Dante fell to the floor. I clearly remember when he came back from his previous big injury, and somebody tunneled him and he landed on his shoulder. Quin almost raced out to Dante like a worried parent to check if he was okay. I've seen Jazz teammates be worried for him from the bench in various different scenarios.

The play beimg referenced was a play where a player could get hurt no doubt. Any player, not just dante. I could understand quin being worried

Maybe he did get hurt. Remember when he injured his patellar? We didn't even know it. That play last night was ridiculous. Bambi gonna Bambi.

Ingles had 3 points total. He's been consistent though, he's had 3 for his last three games. He's had 0 FT in 9 of our 16 games. His 3-pt % is 29% on mostly wide-open looks.

Is this a slump or is Joe weak and broken?

We all watched the games Exum got schooled as usual. Why cant you just acknowledge that he sucks dude, its hilarious how you guys stick up for him and justify his garbage skills. The jazz again would have been much better drafting someone else and then not signing his scrub self to an extension. Exum supporters will get laughed at every game he sucks at until he is traded. Look at the likes of Royce and Mudiay it didnt take long for them to show more talent than the bust Exum because he's got none. Exum needs no more time and no more excuses he sucks and stop giving him the participation ribbon.
