Good coffee places in Utah

My wife is writing an article about places in Utah to get great coffee. She has plenty of places in Salt Lake County and Utah County and could use suggestions for other places around the state. Do you have any ideas?

Cafe Ibis in Logan.
Moab Coffee Roasters.
Kaffe Mercantile #1 in Ogden.

The Grind in Cedar City

It is a local college hangout, local musicians, comedians, improve...routinely do shows.

I haven't heard of any of those. Thanks!

Ibis is a cool spot. Local music, local art for sale, fair trade coffee. A bit of a hippy vibe, but I like it there. One of the owners was killed by a drunk driver a couple years ago:

A bit off topic, but across the street is a sandwich shop called the Italian Place. The owner (is now retired) was kind of like the soup nazi in Seinfeld. Saw him kick people out he didn't like for whatever reason. Amazing sandwiches.

Really liked the taste of the Moab shop. Maybe it was just the cool desert air in the early morning, but man, I remember how good it was every morning on my mountain biking adventures.

You're asking her to write about places she's never been? Seems disingenuous.

Also has the best Chai Latte I've ever had.
