I don't really care what happens with Hayward next year. Not in the Clippers' series. It was JJ who saved Utah's butt and carried the team in the 4th quarter.
Hayward is a very good player for 43 minutes. But his sphincter often tightens in the last 5. I'm not saying this is always the case: he's hit some game winners. But now he's going to a situation where he can put up his numbers and then have IT take over down the stretch. It fits him perfectly.
But he was the best player in the playoffs for the Jazz. He did more to help them win than JJ. JJ hit some big shots but we would have lost and it would not have been close without Hayward.
I can't believe anyone thinks JJ was our best player in the playoffs. It's silly to try and argue that.
