Hypothetically, capitalism can absolutely work with every item on that list. There is nothing preventing private property rights coexisting with any of those things. Bits and pieces of each have been adopted by various governments at various times. The entire collection has never been adopted but it isn’t because it is impossible but rather it is because no society has chosen to do it. In reality, many of those things are antagonistic to economic growth and people tend to vote out political leaders whose policies cause the economy to stagnate. The problem with achieving your list isn’t limitations built into capitalism but rather democracy combined with people thinking equity is good but the new iPhone is way better.
I wonder if you noticed the self-contradiction in what you typed.

In any case, Kendi is not discussing hypotheticals, but what actually happens in the US. Naturally if you change the context away from Kendi's, you change the meaning of the words.

This thread made me google GQP as I had never heard that term before.

Q-Anon is some goofy **** much like Flat Earthers, Scientology and other areas. I think these conspiracy theories and abstract ideas would be a bit more acceptable when it's just one little part that they question, but they build on that with so much more BS of even greater BS-mass that I have no choice but to consider them idiots.

Not at all. Kendi was writing that he is anticapitalist, not anti-American. I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt, but if you think he meant "anti-American" I don't have a strong argument against that interpretation.

It is even funnier than that. QAnon was a marketing drive invented by Ron Watkins (CodeMonkeyZ), the site administrator of 8chan to drive traffic to his site. Now it is completely out of control. People who believe QAnon is real are equivalent to people who are convinced there is a real life talking Gecko who can tell you how to save 15% or more on your car insurance.

Yeah, I don't get it. The government is knee-deep in other crooked things throughout history - politicians on both sides of the aisle have lined their pockets and done immoral acts that may or may not be covered up effectively that are more of a worthwhile endeavor.

QAnon believers seem to really just evolve from conspiracy theorists looking for a more mainstream home. In general, if you still think school shootings are false flags, Covid isn't real and that the fires in California that have killed dozens of people are caused by Jewish space lasers (can't even make this **** up) then you go ahead and just go on with your crazy self.

Kendi is describing capitalism as it occurs in America, which is a specific context of the discussion and flavor of capitalism overall. That is the capitalism he is opposed to. Concepts only have power in their activation, not in some abstract hypotheticals.

I'm still waiting for you to present anything you feel is specifically Marxist, by the way.

Liberals have heard all about this, yet I've not met ONE single Conservative who says "I'm following QAnon" or "Have you heard about QAnon?", not one. I honestly believe this is just more left wing media propaganda.

I tried to look into it, I wanted to see what all the awful things the Conservatives in this "QAnon" believed in. It didn't make any sense to me. Go look at this post from 2017 which relates to this twitter post from 2020, I just didn't get into it. I gotta say from what I saw people saying, they dont seem to be bad people. They basically believe that a bunch of Satanists, who defile kids, are evil and run **** and that Donald Trump tried to stop it...that's it. It's not like these people are out burning down city blocks, ripping down statues, in the name of Anti-Fascism.

Obviously, he’s merely repeating what Fox News and Facebook have told him. My wife had a similar interaction with a family member who was spouting off that CRT was Marxist. This family member couldn’t tell you what Marxism is if you put a gun to their head. But it’s been repeated so often that consumers of conservative media merely respond to any talk of racial inequality as being equivalent to CRT. Since CRT is Marxist, then it’s obviously bad, antagonistic to Christianity, and something taught during Stalin’s reign in the USSR.

It’s almost like right wing propagandists planned it as such:

they gotta do something to change the subject from 1/6 to win the midterms.
What’s interesting is that a lot of conservative media consumers would benefit both morally and economically by taking a greater look at what inequality is costing us. Have you heard of this book?

It's funny The Qhiller and known police hater talks about conspiracies when his own Presidents office just accused Republicans of wanting to defund the police even though people like the Qhiller have started threads about it, and it's been a staple in the Democratic party for years now.

This is typical. Things like slavery Democrats do then blame Republicans. Things like claiming an election was stolen by Russia then losing their minds when others say the election was stolen. Things like defunding police all across the nation in place like Portland, NY, Oakland, Minneapolis leading to record crime waves then blaming Republicans. The party that's been rioting, looting, killing children, killing teens, destroying innocent peoples businesses, bullying innocent restaurant goers, punching politicians, going into neighborhoods bullying innocent residents, taking over entire city blocks and murdering police for over a year now has the audacity to talk insurrection when they are insurrection kings.
