Great insight from Boler/Locke

I'm not so sure that Deron Williams is the kind of difference maker that Carmelo Anthony is.

That being said, I'm not sure if you need an elite level PG to win an NBA championship.

On the bright side, we got 6 great years from Deron Williams. Went to a conference finals and was mostly competitive in the playoffs while he was here. Losing Boozer and Korver we already were kind of gearing towards rebuilding anyways, and since we probably couldn't get a solid commitment from Deron Williams it was better that we got a lot more value out of him then he'll probably give to the Nets.

you know how many times in the past i HEARD this exact same line. with different names quincy lews, deshawn stevenson, kris snyder and some other no name dudes.

i aint falling for it this time
At the very WORST, we got a solid starting PG and a backup PF - even if the lottery picks are both busts. And I know KOC won't keep both those picks, especially if the Jazz get another by virtue of missing the playoffs. No way do the Jazz want
more young 'uns than Hayward, Favors, Evans and Jimmer.
