Gut Check stretch

We should beat Dallas and Houston at home. We have Denver on the road on a b2b after playing in San Antonio. If we pull out that win, we're great. Now that said, Denver has been missing Jamal Murray and Gary Harris the last game or two.

This game tonight against Indiana could be as tough as any of them.

We are legit. It's already established. A team isn't top 10 in both offense and defense over a 42 game stretch unless they are legit.

It is however a big stretch of games in terms of seeding at the end of the year.

**** them. We’ve been missing Mike Conley.

Our defense is what I'll be watching most over this stretch. We've been lazy on that end lately. Especially on the perimeter. We need to step it up.

The schedule makers didn't do Denver any favors with the way they scheduled those two games against Utah. For us it's two out of three games against Denver with pretty good rest over a seven day stretch. For them it's two out of 5 games against Utah (the first on the front end of a back to back and the last on the back end of a back to back).

DEN, DAL and HOU twice with the only cupcake team being @GS if we only drop 3 games we are legit.
If we go 2-3 we are legit?

lmffaffo wut?

The outcome doesnt really matter all that much, but the Jazz should go at least 3-2.

I think maybe he means Dal, Den, and Hou twice each (although we actually play Hou three times in the next month). Like you said, the outcomes won't matter all that much aside from potential tiebreakers imo.

ESPN is now saying we are winning because of a simp schedule of nobodies! Fact is 15 out 17 is NOT chopped liver! Bottom line is you can only beat teams you play, period!

Our wins are their losses, though. In terms of seeding, one game against another team practically counts as two games. I would rather lose to a bottom-feeder and win against the best rather than the inverse eight days a week.
