Being healthy.
Physically - working out, eating well, sleeping enough.
Mentally - reading books, organizing thoughts, focusing better.
Spiritually - Staying connected to God, spending time in nature.
That's it.
I like things, have hobbies, like traveling in all sorts of environments/conditions and yada...yada...yada......but those things don't bring me much joy unless I've got the well rounded health part down. Then they just become icing on the cake.
