Hayward made all stars!!!!!!!!!

Sorry Rudy. Lillard also snubbed (two years in a row now)

Lillard didn't deserve a spot because he isn't the best player at his position which is necessary to make it if you play on a losing team. Don't get me wrong he got screwed last year because his team is winning. I have a problem with one team getting four players. Gobert certainly deserves to be on the all-star team. He out played Jordan when they played and the records are close.

Why didnt CP3 get voted in? He should have got in, he has played in enough games to qualify and is an all-star. CP3 should have got in, Rudy should have got in over Jordan and Conley should have got the injury replacement for CP3. George got in and has played the same number of games as CP3. The voting as always is a joke.

Also the Ws dont deserve 4 players in the all-star game. If you are going off games won how to you have Ws with 4 and Spurs who are only a couple games behind them with 1? Green does not deserve a spot. I understand he helps the team a lot but he does not have the stats to be there and him and Klay play next to 2 of the top 3 players in the NBA.

Rudy should at least be on the All-NBA 3rd team and win DPOY.

Guys, coaches already know Gobert is the best center in the league.
But this is more about rewarding good teams (or avoid snubbing them). They picked Gasol and DJ, because otherwise no one else from LAC and MEM makes it.

Gasol definitely deserved to make it this year. CP3 also deserved to make it. I also think an argument could be made for Conley (especially as an injury replacement for CP3.)

Gasol has improved offensively but regressed defensively.
1.03 DRPM compared to Gobert's 4.56... 6.4 rebounds in 34 minutes. That's a center who previously won DPOY. Still he's all-star material with his playmaking and shooting but he's not better than Gobert or KAT.

Nice to be on the national radar again. Hayward acquitted himself quite nicely in the postgame interview (Laker game). All of a sudden Utah is relevant again, and the Gobert snub did not go unnoticed by Chris Weber and Kevin Harlan.

Yep.

If y'all think that All-Star selections are based on a strict meritocracy, then how strong is the crack you're smoking? Since most of you don't believe that, why the **** do we need to talk about this?

The Hombres/Political Insiders of the selection process were not going to let Gobert make his first All-Star game before DAJ. Crazy people believed that it might be otherwise.

I can't quite articulate how happy I am for Gordon Hayward.

I dont think there's a worse feeling out there than working hard and not being gratified for it-- and it's hard to think of a lot of players out there who've worked their *** off more in these last couple of years than Gordon.

He wanted this so bad, and it was just super neat watching him smile as he talked about finally hitting that plateau.

He made the team in a stacked conference, and not because of another player getting injured (he would've made it even if every western conference player was healthy). He belongs in that group, and I couldn't be happier for him. Good for him, good for the Jazz. We finally got ourselves an all-star :)
