Hayward to Boston

Nope. Anyone who believes that should go back and watch all his end of the season interviews. I was completely convinced he'd be back before that, but everything he said, the way he said things, and his body language as well, made it pretty obvious he was on his way out.

Somebody else was talking about this, and the thing that really rang true with me, was when they tried to get him to talk about the team or the future, he went cold. When they asked him about the fans chanting his name, he paused for some time, and then said it was really cool and something he'd take with him. Absolutely nothing he did or said indicated he was even considering staying in Utah IMO.

I had no doubts after that, but have tried to ignore my gut feeling and hope he might reconsider. The report leaked out early and that dick had the nerve to say he hadn't decided yet, just so that he could make the announcement with his pathetic thank you letter. Dude is a chump who doesn't deserve any benefit of the doubt, whatsoever.
Yep. Completely different from when KK interviewed him after word of the Stayward billboard campaign got out. He was close to tears and said that would definitely play into his decision. Mentioned that it was good to be loved.

The GS series broke Durant two years ago. I think it broke Hayward this year. He simply wants an easier path to the Finals. And with all the talent headed west, a much easier path to all-star games.

Like you, when he started to talk vaguely and didn't say anything about the Jazz, I knew he was gone. Not even a "hope to be back."

I don't blame him for ****in her. Marriage is another thing.

Clearly Hayward can't handle confrontation or conflict. He needed to marry a subordinate. And today he showed that he needs to play for his dominatrix. Stevens holds the whip, Hayward holds the butt plug.
