Im not impressed with Ryan in the least but I hope he’s smart enough to just hire the best coach and not just hire somebody for the sake of being “bold” and “progressive”.

I suspect the coach will be African-American. It is just the way the wind is blowing right now. That being said, they might as well let Donovan pick the guy. Then he has no excuses to not play defense.
