So on top of everything else they've got going on right now with trying to find a coach, free agency and trades, they're also interviewing people for front office positions? The seasons been over for like 10 weeks...couldn't they have taken care of this sooner?

Having Fizdale in the FO and Wade as partial owner will definitely go a long ways towards recruiting guys in the future I think. Fizdale is super well respected around the league.

This is the definition of failing up. How the hell can he fail so miserably multiple times as a HC and then be in consideration for FO position? This makes no sense, except in light of his friendship with Wade. WTF is going on here?

I think Ryan is taking the brunt of the blame for all the issues currently happening right now (i.e. catering to an undersized SG, rebrand debacle, now considering Fizdale for a FO position??). My opinion is Wade has a Ryan's ear on a lot that's going on, and I think Ryan's listening too much to him.
