Would you eat a horse?

Amen. I try to eat organic meat here from farmers I know personally/can visit. Meat tastes great, fresh, and I can see for myself how ethically the cows are raised & fed. Don't want none of that spongiform encephalopathy.

I'm just curious here...are you trying to imply non-organic cows are typically raised unethically? And I hate grass-fed beef. Finish them bovines on corn!

Nope.

Just go vegan or vegetarian and you won't have to worry about these issues.

Then you are free to name all of your pet horses, cows, pigs, chickens, guinea pigs, and children because you know you won't be eating then. Once you name them, it's just too hard to kill and eat them... too much attachment.

I threw in the children part for Log.... seriously Log, you are creeping me out in this thread.

Did you read babe's link to the John Taylor vision? Log's posts have been mild in comparison.

The difference being Log is preparing himself to eat humans.

This vision is about how desperate things will be at some point in time, not babe is getting ready to eat smurfs or anything.

Well, I see it a little differently. It talks about mothers cutting their children's throats to quench their thirst with their blood. It's not just people in desperation, but it suggests everyone will become pure evil. Log's posts are almost certainly not a bit serious, although I'm sure he might eat human flesh in a Donner type situation, as would a lot of people who might believe they wouldn't. Taylor's vision was beyond disturbing, and it's something that a lot of people obvious take seriously, as opposed to just a bad dream brought on by eating bad mushrooms.

A kid would just fit in my smoker. Yep.

And I would have no problem eating anything with a name. Wouldn't bother me one bit.

Mine are more than a bit serious. I would definitely give human flesh a try if it became legal and safe (no brain matter for one thing, so babe won't yell at me). I have never been afraid of any kind of food and almost nothing makes me squeamish. I have tried all kinds of bizarre crap and I would relish the chance to try human meat. Or maybe with ketchup. Probably with my own home made bbq sauce, that stuff is the nectar of the gods.

I eaten rock, dirt, grass, leaves, sucker sticks, dimes, wood, spiders, salt on tires, questionable snow, & carpet. I'm exotic like that yo.

I only did that to gross Log out and maybe curb that line of "humor". But for that matter there's some stuff in the Book of Mormon along the same lines describing virtually limitless perversions.

And for that matter an early New York book described mass graves found in the upstate woodlands of absolutely unsurpassed proportions, left from pre-Columbian times.
